North Hampton NH Real Estate Market Update

North Hampton is just north of Hampton Beach and is an upscale community where home prices are 43% higher than Hampton, NH.

North Hampton New Hampshire home sales were up 4.8% but home sale prices were down 11.5%. Days on the market actually decreased on average by 13 days.  So real estate sells faster in North Hampton, there were more sales but prices were down in comparison to 2010.

Hampton, Hampton Falls, North Hampton and Seabrook Market Report

A quick glimpse at what the Hampton,Hampton Falls,North Hampton and the Seabrook real estate market has done this last month. Currently there are 438 active listings in MLS with 10 of those being under agreement with continue to show.  This includes condos and equals a 7 month supply of inventory.  41 homes and condos have sold this last month. Hampton- 19 single family homes and 9 condos, Hampton Falls- 2 single family homes, Seabrook 4 single family homes and one condo (condex) and North Hampton had 6 single family homes sold.

We had out of town guests this week and they wanted to see our wonderful NH coastline in the winter. Usually you see lots of sun and sand when on the coast but we absolutely love our small coastline in all seasons. We don’t often get to show it off in the winter time…So I was really looking forward to doing so.
