Southern NH and the Seacoast Area gets a snow blanket

Just when we thought winter was over with ,we get hit with a surprise snow storm. Southern NH and the Seacoast Area gets a snow blanket!

I really can’t complain as we’ve had a pretty mild winter and the weather people did warn us about the impending bad weather. I think though, that we thought we might just get a few inches, instead in Hampstead NH we got about 11 inches. Thankfully it will melt fast and the good thing is our Ski areas and Mountains are loving this stuff!

When is the best time to sell your Southern NH or Seacoast area home

The answer is Spring but many people have no idea when the Housing Spring Market actually begins. The rule of thumb historically has been in March and usually it really depends on how much snow is not on the ground and how warm the temps are. We always tell potential sellers to start preparing in February. Get a market analysis done by a REALTOR, ask for market suggestions and follow their advise.

The other day after leaving Prudential Verani Realty’s Hampton office, I decided to stop at Seabrook Beach and Harbor. I love how pretty the beach is and could just walk there for hours in low tide. It was pretty cold out so this video is very brief.

Seabrook New Hampshire borders the state of Massachusetts and is the start of our awesome 18 miles of New Hampshire coastline. Seabrook Beach is one of New Hampshire’s true gems and one that not many people know about. It has two miles of spectacular white sandy shoreline and a perfect location, within an hour’s drive to major cities such as Boston, MA, Concord, NH and Portland,Me.
