Within the last 2 weeks three of our clients wrote offers on bank owned homes and all three lost out in multiple offer situations.

Buyers are in competition with each other over Foreclosure opportunities. You need to be ready to jump with pre-approval in hand when you see something you like. Going home and thinking about often results in losing out….remember the “stomach of steel” comment? That’s where it comes into play.
