Old Chester Town HallChester New Hampshire is one of those quaint little towns that if you blink you’d miss it while driving through it.

What makes Chester so nice is that it is a bedroom community and it has four corners as it’s town center.

On the southeast corner you have the cemetary and on the north corner you have a church and southwest is a bank and a general store. The northwest corner is the old town hall and post office.

Across from the cemetary is a large monument on the town square. This past Halloween someone played a practical joke on the poor monument. Someone took a pumpkin and wedged it on the monuments head. My wife Monika took this picture as she was driving by on her way to Concord. Read more
