Charmingfare Farm – Candia New Hampshire

pumpkins Candia NHA few years back Jay and I went on a lovely winter wonderland sleigh ride.

It was just gorgeous and something that we enjoyed very much. We had been invited by good friends Liz and Brad Yasika as a birthday treat for me.
The weather was cold, as in, “you could see your breathe” kind of cold but we came prepared with lots of blankets.

Blankets that we didn’t end up needing as the farm makes sure that their guests are kept comfortable.

I remember that we drank hot chocolate and hcandia NH Charmingfare farmot apple cider by a fire at the end of our ride.

The farm was all lit up for nighttime enjoyment and simply just magical.

The memory has stayed with me ever since.

Today, I went back to Charmingfare Farm in Candia New Hampshire…and truth be told I don’t think the smile left my face the entire time I walked around the farm.

Not only was I smiling but so was everyone I encountered..it was so sweet.
I watched as young children explored the Zoo…how their faces shined with enjoyment. A man and his son laughing while watching the Reindeer…did I say sweet?

How about Happy...the place reeks happiness. I know that sounds weird but that is really the best description I can come up with. A happy place making happy memories.

I stood by as a smallCharmingfare farm Candia NH goat (I think it was a goat) made all sorts of funny sounds. I even did short video…albeit shaky and moving too fast but it should still give you an idea of what the farm is like.

That goat sound was so funny…when I got home I played my little video for Jay and he asked if that funny sound was me!!! OMG I hope no one really thinks it’s me! Too funny!

I need to work on the video thing! Maybe a tripod would help?

Charmingfare Farm…did I say a farm? This place is much more than that.

From bright colorful pumpkins and flowers to spooky witches and goblins and the ever special horse-drawn sleigh rides that bring you through thousands of lights and holiday scenes.

You can enjoy Frosty the snow man, Christmas Bear, Church Mouse, Grinch and even Santa Claus will be waiting to see everyone at the Reindeer Barn.

Bring your camera! This can be one of those magical moments that will live forever in a small child’s mind or even a grown child like me.

The sweet thing is that it won’t break the bank. Check out their website forCharmingfare Frams candia pricing details, you’ll be surprised at just how affordable it is.
Charmingfare Farm offers many seasonal events but don’t forget their Zoo! I think they have every kind of animal one would want to see.

Head to Charmingfare and plan on picking the perfect pumpkin while on a horse drawn ride called the Pumpkin Express which takes you down to their backfield pumpkin patch.

Or how about a cool spooky horse-drawn ride called the Hunt for Haunted Treasure. Then there is the very special holiday winter sleigh ride.

Take some time and go visit, you’ll be glad you did and be prepared to smile!

The beauty of living in Southern NH is that everything is close by and Charmingfare Farm is just another one of those special treats that living here offers.

What wonderful photos Monika! It looks like a great place to visit in the fall and a great place to take kids while hunting for just the right pumpkin.
