Ann,
Thanks for stopping by! I told Jay that I want to see if I can pick up a greatest hits cd…I love Crimson and clover!
Hey Monika – oh how I love this music!! I have several Tommy James and The Shondells albums – albums!! I love that kind of music!
LOL..I crack up looking at them too…but I once thought they were pretty cool looking!
Cracking up at the hair and clothes and I used to think they were sooooo Groovey and the parental units were soooooo straight, lol. I too will be singing that song in my head now for days.
Karen…I love Crimson and Clover! LOL I have the original album…taking about dating myself!
Maureen M…. Thanks so much for stopping by. Yeah I was singing Schools out for the Summer when I saw Sparky’s funky bus pictures.
Kaye…Remember American Bandstand…my generations MTV.
Ok so now I’m singing… I had forgotten this one.. I’ll be dancing all day
Wow I like that song much better, I have Alice Cooper on my brain because of the bus tour…
“School’s out for summer
School’s out forever”
I’d much rather have Tommy James and the Shondells. Thanks for sharing it.
Moni,
Now it will be going through my head all day:)
Crimson and clover, wow, I haven’t heard that one either for a long time! Definitely brings back some memories! Like yesterday! Thanks for the memory lane trip.
Thanks Maureen. I am definitely dating myself as that is a real oldie. I used to say Groovy all the time LOL!
My 3 year old had never heard that song. She liked it. The video was new to me. Kinda funny in a retro way. Groovy haircuts for sure.
Thanks Bob…It is very catchy. I’ve been signing it ever since Karen Hurst told me earlier that every time she sees my name she thinks of this song.
Oh thanks…guess what I will be singing all night!!!
