Boothbay Harbor Maine Camping Trip

We spent 4th of July camping up in Boothbay Harbor Maine. We camped at Shore Hills Campground and stayed on site number 80 down by the water. Even though we have what is considered a big rig we really don’t like to stay up in the big rig section of the campground. We prefer to squeeze in down by the water and love it. This trip was a bit more expensive than in past years due to the increase in fuel costs but still a reasonable way to vacation. A long weekend getaway to the Boothbay Harbor region of Maine is abut 2.5 to 3 hours from southern NH and is just another reason why living here is so popular. I created a little slide show of the campground and if you read our Blog regularly you know there will be more pictures coming. In the meantime you can also check out some of our pictures at http://www.nhviewfinders.com/ our photo blog.

#13 was my fav photo then the one of you driving! Either that or Jay grew his hair really long
It looks beautiful, glad you had a chance to get away Moni.
LOL… that is Jay driving and I think what you see is the head rest and not long hair. I can’t drive the motor home…it is just too big for me.
We had a great time for sure!
