This is Prudential Verani’s updated web advertising statistics for August of 2008 vs. August of 2007 and 2006. As you can see the internet is still a major medium for consumers viewing homes for sale. Again the statistic that remains constant is the average of page views per visit by those viewing our site. Another statistic that has increased over the years is Broker showings on our listings. It looks to me that our web presence and statistics are still keeping us number one in our marketplace.
