October Prudential Verani Web Stats

Our Web master Steve McGuire just released the October web stats.

I think it looks pretty good considering we’re in a very slow market. At least people are looking, on the net at least for homes. All the more important a good solid web presence is.

What’s happening with the Hampstead New Hampshire real estate market….Let’s take a look.

Currently there are 63 active listings in Hampstead New Hampshire..check out why you should buy in Hampstead for town information.
There are 9 pending sales and 7 homes have sold in Hampstead during the month of October
12 Listings in Hampstead expired this past month. Usually you don’t see so many expireds in one month.

Based on the absorption rate it will take about 9 months to sell our current inventory of 63 active listings…9 months!

I’m glad to see inventory decreasing it is probably due to the time of year.

Probably…as I know people often times will remove their home from the market over the holidays.
Still it is a lot of inventory for Hampstead. I remember when 34 was the high number.

Monika – I am impressed with the traffic your site receives! 508 unique views for the featured homes is just fantastic!

We are seeing a lot of expires and listings withdrawn. It is good for MSI- October inventory was down significantly from September, thankfully, and homes are selling. I hope yours do too!

Ginger, Our market is picking up and it all depends on price! Hampstead has never had such a high inventory…for a small town that is a lot.
