Sales were down 28.6% from March of 2014 compared to February of 2014. 5 Sales in March and 7 in February of 2014.
The average active sales price in Hampstead for March was $352,000 and the average sold price was $245,000. Average days on market in March were 119 days compared to 48 in February, and 102 in January. The average dollar per square foot price was $112.00 in March. $119.00 was in February and $98.00 in January.
All in all the Hampstead real estate market seems to be steady but inventories are still down compared to years past.
