Now more than ever the role of a Good REALTOR® is crucial. Financial institutions are all cracking down on lending policies and bank foreclosed homes with little or no property condition disclosures are the norm.

There are some awesome opportunities out there…I never thought I’d see the day again when a 3 bedroom home in Hampstead could be bought for under $200,000 or Atkinson would have truly affordable housing. It’s sort of like being in a time warp with this market re-adjustment.

    Our market is deeply into a buyers market. I’m totally amazed at the prices I’m seeing. I think many buyers are afraid they’ll drop down even more. Still I think it is so much better than renting. I mean why pay someone elses mortgage when for less money you could be paying off your own.

  3. I am amazed at some of the numbers we are seeing come through on bank owned and private owned sales. Now is certainly the time to buy. We still have higher loan limits, low down payments and low interest rates.
