My area has been extremely slow so I took notice when suddenly there seemed to be multi offers coming in. I'm thinking 2008 will be much better than 2007 ...bring it on! Multiple offer situations aren't the norm (yet), but we have been seeing them happen over the last couple of months. And we've been seeing properly priced properties sell very quickly, too.
