Rockingham County Home Sales Jan 2011 to March 2011 vs Jan 2012 to March 2012

First Quarter Home SalesFirst quarter residential home sales in Rockingham County New Hampshire are in for 2012 versus 2011.

Homes for sale are down 6.6% from the first quarter of 2011. There were 1720 homes for sale at the end of March 2011 compared to 1607 at the end of the first quarter of 2012.up

Pending sales are way up in 2012 vs 2011. They are 261 pending home sales in 2012 vs only 206 at the end of quarter one n 2011. That’s a 26.7% increase.

Home sales that closed in 2011 vs 2012. 148 homes closed in the first quarter of 2011 and there were 164 single family homes that closed in 2012, up 10.8%.

Below are homes for sale in Rockingham County New Hampshire sorted by ascending price.
