Looks like Feb 2008 was a little bit slower than Feb 2007 was.
Our Web Stats clearly show that the numbers are down from last year and that the unique visitors are down almost 50 %. I’m not sure that really means anything as the total sessions were only off a little bit. I’ll be curious to see how March compares as I think March has started off pretty good.

Michael, we have a lot of registered users on our site and unique visitors maybe down but people seem to be logging in and viewing homes for sale.
I think it’s interesting, Maybe I’ll try and see the year before stats. Feb. 2006.

Total sessions are approximately the same for both years, while unique views is roughly cut in half for ’08…
