Our March Internet Web Advertising statistics are available and we are comparing March 2008 vs. March 2007. Based on the month to month comparison 2007 seemed to be very active web wise. But, what is more interesting is that the showings on our listings compared to the same month last year is only off by 4.7 %. Our E-Leads which are Buyers and Sellers requesting more information for this time frame is down 45%. Total Sessions are down 16.4% and Absolute Unique Visitors was down 52.7%. All told we are still seeing activity out in the marketplace as evident by showings only down 4.7%. In my next review we will take a look at how sales are progressing.

Hi Jay – it’s interesting that all of the numbers on your chart for this year are down from last year. I would have expected to see the reverse, because the activity is certainly more robust than last year. Weird…
