I have a client in from out of town wanting to see only 2 properties. This one is by appointment only. The agent doesn't have a lockbox on the property because she "ran out" of them. The home has been on the market for over a month, go buy another one already! I spoke with her last night, she didn't return my call last night. I have called 4 times this morning, including calls to her office. She hasn't been able to reach the sellers so "they" can show the property. There are keys in her office to the property. I asked if somebody from her office can meet us at the property with the keys. Her response? Gee I don't know, let me call you back! Another seller who hired the wrong agent! It is difficult enough to sell homes in today's market, if your homes aren't available to be shown you are the next casualty!
