After the long nightmare drive home from DC I didn’t think I’d ever want to get back into a car again! But, then yesterday, Jay suggested a ride to the beach. He had a craving for a Ceal’s seafood chowder and we knew that Ceal’s had just opened for the summer…so off we went! It was a gorgeous day to drive along the coast!
We enjoyed the AWESOME Seafood chowder while sitting in the car watching the ocean waves caress the beach. The chowder was incredible…chock full of fresh seafood…oh was it ever Yummy!
Afterwards we drove up along the coast to Portsmouth NH. It was a very nice way to spend the afternoon.
We love the NH coastline and stopped often to take photos along the way. We pulled off the road up in Rye and I took a little video of Jay sitting on a rock over looking the ocean. While you can hear the traffic and wind noise I think the video shows just how special our little piece of NH is.
