Videos Southern NH and the Seacoast area real estate and more
Every now and then we write non-real estate related posts and this is one of them so please stay with me as I express my excitement about my new iphone 4s and the videos I can create with it. Hmm maybe this is a real estate related post after all.
iPhone4s
The video below was shot on a cloudy, windy day at the coast while in between real estate showings. I edited it completely using my iMovie app on my iPhone. Did the voice over and added our call to action bumper clip both at the beginning and at the end of the video, all on my iphone. Getting the bumper clip from my laptop was the hardest thing and a huge thank you goes to Cyndee Haydon a fellow REALTOR®/Blogger in the Clearwater area of Florida. Cyndee walked me through the process of downloading an app called Download Lite and how to use that and Dropbox to get my clip onto my iPhone so it could be added to my video. I think I need to upgrade to Lion soon so I won’t have issues using videos and photos that reside on my laptop.
Excitement and More Local Videos Coming
I am pretty excited about using the iPhone for videos and I am exploring other camera apps to help make my iPhone photos and videos even better. So far my favorite camera apps are Camera+, ProCamera, Pro HDR and of course iMovie for editing. I have downloaded but not yet tried Videolicous, Movie Looks and V.i.K.t.o.r. so I will need to update this post once I play around with them. I also just got the HDhat wide angle adapter which I think will be really cool to use. I’m looking forward to shooting more local community type videos and really think my iPhone will help make that a reality.
