Happy New Year…A NH housing recovery in 2008

Well maybe not a recovery but certainly a leveling off.

We’ve had an incredibly busy week here in Hampstead NH, both personally and professionally. This past week alone we’ve written 3 purchase offers for buyer clients, had one home inspection and showed multiple properties to other customers. There are some awesome buys out there and the old saying ” he who hesitates loses” is so true.
