Hampstead NH Real Estate Pending Home Sales Up Again

Pending home sales are up 35.7% over a month ago and it is also up 72.7% over a year ago and up 50% over the last 3 months compared to the same three months a year ago. That would be March, April and May.

Homes sales are down, 22.7 % from a year ago, as there were 9 homes sold in May of 2013 and only 7 sold in May of 2014. Sales were down 12.5% from March to May of this year compared to March to May of 2013.  Sales were equal from May of 2014 to April of 2014. 7 each

The average active list price in Hampstead for May was $348,000 and the average sold price was $336,000. Average days on market in May were 116 days compared to 38 in April , and 106 in March. The average dollar per square foot price was $117.00 in May. $114.00 was in March and $120.00 in April.

All in all the Hampstead real estate market seems to be steady but inventories are still down compared to years past.
