Hampstead NH Bean Towne Visited by Rudy Giuliani

Rudy Giuliani spent the afternoon visiting Hampstead NH.
We got an e-mail newsletter from the owner of Bean Towne a cool coffee shop in Hampstead saying that Rudy was planning a visit to the Bean.
I guess Rudy must have read our Blog about A New Bean in Town and wanted to taste some for himself…only kidding!
Hmm…we thought why not attend and see him in person.
Jay and I arrived at 1:30 and the place was standing room only…in fact there was no room inside. We waited for Rudy to arrive and of course he was a little late. It was fun seeing him in person albeit he is much smaller than I thought he would be…and he had on make up!
Jay being Jay shook Rudy’s hand and loudly proclaimed “How about them Red Sox”…LOL Rudy didn’t seem too pleased. He’s a Yankee fan in case yo
u didn’t know… poor guy.
But the crowd around us loved it.
We didn’t stay for the speech as it was cold outside and there was no way to get inside.
To be politically correct,we heard that Hillary was in Plaistow last week but didn’t know it at the time. If we had, we would have gone to hear her speak…take some pictures and of course blog about it.
I hope he wasn’t offended that you didn’t even know his name…. GIULIANI
LOL…I hope not. Shows you the power of the internet though…it’s all over Google spelled wrong.

Moni, I guess I’m going to need to check out the “Bean” soon. I never realized that Rudy was a little guy as people always look larger than life on the tube.
Why don’t we plan a day and do lunch there soon?
I’m wondering if (or if not why not lol) other candidates are trekking there! I say hang out there and you can figure out who to vote for
It’s pretty bad still being undecided. But really no one is grabbing me. Maybe I should hang out at the Bean more.
