The home closed at $352,666.00 with $12,000.00 in extras. This turned out to be an absolutely beautiful home that sits very nicely on the lot within a nice cul-de sac neighborhood. The views from the back deck are gorgeous as they overlook a couple of big mountains in the distance where during the Christmas season they will be able to see a 60′ Christmas tree all lit up during the holidays.
The buyers added more square footage to the deck and upgraded the Kitchen with Ceramic tile and they also added hardwood in the dining room. They added some beautiful appliances and their yard was nicely landscaped.
