A pretty Blue Heron found in Auburn NH

While driving along road in Auburn NH we stumbled upon this majestic Blue Heron. The day was cloudy with rain falling softly but there sat a Blue Heron, I think he was just waiting for us to come along and take his picture.

Southern NH living is full of cool surprises!

He was gorgeous! Living in New Hampshire is special and this was just one of those special New Hampshire moments.

Not only is he beautiful, but I love his surroundings. That was pretty neet that he was just sitting there as you drove by.

Lake Massabesic is a gorgeous area of Auburn. You would love it! We saw another one nearby but the pictures did not come out good.

Wonderful picture! i love how the heron and the grass just seem lit up, ready to be caught by the camera – beautiful picture!

Wasn’t that neat. Jay used the new camera with a Zoom lens. Would have been better with a tripod but it all happened so quick.
