Offer to Purchase~ The New Hampshire Purchase AgreementWe get a lot of questions about the New Hampshire Purchase Agreement and if it’s like the Massachusetts offer to purchase. It’s important to note that in New Hampshire we have a one step process…the offer to purchase is usually on the standard NH Purchase and Sales Agreement and is only an offer until such time as the seller and buyer come to terms.
Once all parties agree via a fully executed (signed) purchase and sales agreement it is a legal and binding contract. While usually there are contingencies, like financing, home inspection to name a few it is a valid agreement…contract to purchase.
