New Hampshire Oh So Beautiful

Tuesday I drove up to Conway New Hampshire where I was the guest speaker for the White Mountain Board of REALTORS. I presented my class called Consumer Centric Market, which is all about web 2.0 and how to reach the Net Generation. The program went real well. I could see the excitement in the crowd and the feed back has all been fantastic. One agent Meghan Simone was so inspired she went and fine tuned her blog and started blogging in earnest. Finding our roots in Germany

As some of you know this has been a pretty exciting few weeks for us. Jay has, after 53 years found his birth mother and discovered an extended family in Germany. We’ve made contact with them albeit the language barrier has made it somewhat difficult. It all started with a dream I had which then compelled me to write and post a letter on the ActiveRain Real Estate Network blog. I thought that maybe if someone was searching for him…putting his birth name on the internet might just make it easier to be found. Signs…everywhere a sign

Finally most of the political signs are down and life is getting back to normal. I am enjoying the fact that my phone is not ringing all hours of the day and night! This week my mom and dad, Johannes and Elfriede Mahler, voted for the first time in a primary. It was pretty exciting for them. They became citizens on January 18 2006. They both studied hard, really trying to learn and understand the history of our g

A Little Taste of Winter in Southern New Hampshire
