Brokerage Relationship Disclosure Form
In the state of New Hampshire a real estate agent is required to disclose to potential customers who they do or do not represent. This disclosure must be made during their “first business” meeting…. meaning before the agent asks you all sorts of probing real estate questions. Probing in the sense of determining motivation, financial information and things of that nature. As a consumer you need to know who that agent is working for and your options. You have choices in representation or self-representation and understanding what that means is pretty important. The link below will bring you to the required forms that all New Hampshire agents must use.
The link will open in Adobe Reader, if you do not have Adobe Reader please visit their website to get Adobe Reader.
