This is my first official video message as president of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS and while we have room for improvement as far as the video goes I think it’s a great start to my year as president.

It’s not for everyone but if one has the passion, is self motivated and a hard worker then yes. I love it and while in bad times the money is not the best and benefits are lacking I can’t imagine doing anything else.
Do you recommend being a realtor during this bad economy?
You need to have a valid Real Estate license first and then align yourself with a company that is a member and then go through a 3 hour orientation program and then pay your dues.
How difficult is it to become a realtor? What is the first step on becoming one?
I would take as many classes as possible. I always come away with new ideas and motivation after I take classes or attend convention.
I wanna know some new ideas on realty and as much as possible as being Realtor. I wanna extend my ideas on what is realty all about. What exactly the secrets of many successful Realtor.
