Good news for all home buyers…Interest rates have dropped down to the low 6% range. This seems to be the only good mortgage news in awhile with all the bailout issues of Freddie and Fannie hitting us all in the pocket book. Home prices are down and even Donald Trump is telling people to buy…so add a drop in mortgage rates into the mix and you’ll see that now is the time to buy.
