Prices are averaging $257,971 and the median price is $234,000.

Price per square foot is $181.00 on average with the median price $184.00

Average days on market is a whopping 246, with the median being 157. I believe the main reason for the average being so long is because of the new construction condos being built in town. Read more

New Hampshire’s lovely rugged seacoast

After the long nightmare drive home from DC I didn’t think I’d ever want to get back into a car again! But, then yesterday, Jay suggested a ride to the beach. He had a craving for a Ceal’s seafood chowder and we knew that Ceal’s had just opened for the summer…so off we went! It was a gorgeous day to drive along the coast!
