Web 2.0

There is a whole other world out there and while I really think NH is right there as far as technology is concerned, I am surprised at just how many real estate agents are not utilizing the web to it’s full potential. It’s like they are stuck in a time warp or something. Really it is not only agents but brokerage firms as well.

Have you heard of Web 2.0? Has your agent? It is the Web of today. Gone are the days of stagnant agent websites and one way communication.

Hello world…now you can talk back, communicate with agents and tell them what you think. Social networking, transparent real estate …web 2.0 is here to stay! I found a pretty detailed explanation of Web 2.0 on the Transparent Real Estate blog site check it out here>>>Transparent Real Estate (this opens in a separate window) if you’re curious about Web 2.0 this is worth reading. Jump in and and let me know what you think of it after you check it out.
